Draw date is 13th and I haven’t been in since January and came in today- Feb 11. My next time isn’t until Feb 24 so still only twice a month. I thought I was allowed twice a month.

For the most part, I love the way my lashes look but sometimes there are some that don’t seem to lay properly, they cross over each other or clump up. My lashes don’t fall out very much and I feel like my stylist doesn’t always remove some of the ones that have grown out which leaves them hanging weird and they either poke my eye or tickle my nose.

My tech was very sweet but I felt like the girls at the front desk knew more than she did. I wanted my lashes to look just like the “sexy” style picture which looked very natural and beautiful with a little flare of longer lashes on the end but my lashes are all the same length and not that full. I told her I wanted to do the hybrids like the picture. The girls at the front told me the picture was hybrids but she told me it was classics. So I was like okay if that is classics that looks great, I want lashes just like the picture. Honestly the lashes are cute but I just look like I have light mascara on and all the lashes are the same length. I got home and my husband even said “you look the same”.

Hi! This was my second time visiting the Lash Studio in Blakeney! I returned because I was very pleased with my classic set results and I fell in love with Marleigh! She is very talented! I signed up for the membership so I can return and get my refills at a discounted rate. I was unhappy to learn that each time I come to see Marleigh I would have to pay an additional $20 because she is a master stylist. It’s not that I don’t think Marleigh deserves it. I just was not told that when I signed up to be a member. It’s not right to get your customers to sign up for a service then nickel and dime them each time they come in. That’s not right. All details should be explained up front.

And, I’m wondering if the amazing Lash franchise instructors technicians to use less adhesive. I’ve not had this problem with other independently and salons where the lashes really really stuck in place. So I’m wondering if the amazing Lash franchise is trying to milk me for money and get me to come in every two weeks for many touchups. The customer service was great but when she was separating my lashes with the tweezers and told me to open my eyes….. I almost had a panic attack! Prepare me first, let me know what you’re doing if you’re going to have sharp objects near my eyeballs!!!! Try something different next time.

I would give the services, price and my lash technician 5 stars. The staff is always professional and pleasant in the interactions I have had with them. The facility is attractive and the technician that I've seen has been concerned with my comfort and very attentive. The first two times I had my lashes done, it was fairly quiet and there was soothing music playing, giving the experience a very spa-like feel. The last time there was no music and lots of loud conversations that were easily heard through the walls, making my time there not as relaxing. Although I would definitely recommend Amazing Lash Studio to family/friends, I would hold off on the 5th star for overall experience.

I had made an 8:10am appointment online. Arrived as advised, 10 minutes early. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist had a demeaning attitude telling me my appointment was at 8am and I was going to have to make another appointment for another day explaining that I had paperwork and a consult to do leaving me with only half the lashes I would need. Frustrated, I showed her a screenshot of my appointment time , showed up 10 minutes early like I was advised, and told her to stop wasting my time so I can fill out the paperwork. PAPERWORK = ONE PAGE OF PERSONAL INFO + signatures on release liability. CONSULT = 15 seconds of telling the technician what I wanted done. It was my first visit here and that receptionist soured it completely with her unfriendly attitude. There were no other customers there when I arrived and after I was done. Instead of just helping me, she was a nuisance. My technician, Rhyley was fantastic. Got my lashes done in an hour and without complaint. Oh and by the way during my session, I could literally hear the receptionists’ phone through closed doors and music playing. She was watching a show and had the volume up loud. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

i had my first lashes done with brianna, then I hsd someone else.They were very nice but both people after first eyelash extensions did not have my notes Volumes were put in. I thought they were adding 1 lash to each eyelash, no they added 3D I misunderstood but I had specifically said I don’t want this when I first came in. Wonderful staff, but notes should be on file.

I've had my lashes since October 2019 and I love them. I originally signed up with another location in another state, and was not happy with my original lashes. After coming home to S.C., I now get my fills with Alexa at the Blakeney Commons location and I'm so happy. Not only is the facility so much better than I originally experienced, but the staff are welcoming and Mercedes helped make my contract change a breeze. Alexa gave me amazing lashes, but when they started coming out frequently, she changed the type of lash I have making them shorter but still full, so they aren't as heavy. I LOVE my lashes!!!

I had an appt with Rebecca as usual. But I had to make it 3 weeks out because of her schedule. I love Rebecca!!! Yesterday however when I took my shower though I was trying to preserve every lash a big clunk fell out. I knew I could not make it another week.
