I consistently have an amazing experience for the past 3 years with the Amazing Lash Rockstars! Marleigh, the talented Lash Tech, always impresses me with her professionalism and consistently excellent service. Samantha, the receptionist, is always courteous and maintains a high level of professionalism, even when I need to switch around my appointments multiple times. Interacting with both of them is always delightful. Despite the 45-50 minute drive, Amazing Lash Blakeney is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Amazing Lash for their exceptional service!

I had a really great lash technician, but I walked away with very irritated eyes which are still irritated. This is not the lash technicians fault, however I’ve never left a lash appointment with red eyes so I believe one of the eye patches that were put on wasn’t a great fit for me. The only thing that wasn’t so enjoyable was being able to hear laundry being done and cabinets being slammed closed right next door. Also, the music that was being played wasn’t the most soothing. Considering most people are lying down 1-2 hours it would be more enjoyable to hear spa music. I also thought some type of protective covering was going to be on top of the bed, but this was my first time so maybe that isn’t something they do. I really appreciated how well the lash Technician took action in helping me be more comfortable when my eyes started to burn. She continued to ask throughout the service if I was ok and that was greatly appreciated.

Was very happy with services from Kelly. Without notice I understand that she is now only available 1 day per week. Instead of moving to that day, I was booked with a junior provider. T is is not a good customer experience.

I recently, in another state and lash salon had extensions put on. After 2 days, I just had to have them removed. They were stiff and pulled on my lids. Evidently, the issue was poor lash quality, possible use of super glue and multiple real lashes connected to one extension. It took Kelsey 75 minutes to remove the extensions. I am so grateful to get them off. I will stick to having my lashes just tinted!

Lashes look great now that I stick with Natasha or Simone but I am still confused why I’m a member if I still pay out of pocket when my draw date doesn’t match up but so because I’m addicted to the lashes. Draw date is 13th and I haven’t been in since January and came in today- Feb 11. My next time isn’t until Feb 24 so still only twice a month. I thought I was allowed twice a month.

For the most part, I love the way my lashes look but sometimes there are some that don’t seem to lay properly, they cross over each other or clump up. My lashes don’t fall out very much and I feel like my stylist doesn’t always remove some of the ones that have grown out which leaves them hanging weird and they either poke my eye or tickle my nose.

My tech was very sweet but I felt like the girls at the front desk knew more than she did. I wanted my lashes to look just like the “sexy” style picture which looked very natural and beautiful with a little flare of longer lashes on the end but my lashes are all the same length and not that full. I told her I wanted to do the hybrids like the picture. The girls at the front told me the picture was hybrids but she told me it was classics. So I was like okay if that is classics that looks great, I want lashes just like the picture. Honestly the lashes are cute but I just look like I have light mascara on and all the lashes are the same length. I got home and my husband even said “you look the same”.

Hi! This was my second time visiting the Lash Studio in Blakeney! I returned because I was very pleased with my classic set results and I fell in love with Marleigh! She is very talented! I signed up for the membership so I can return and get my refills at a discounted rate. I was unhappy to learn that each time I come to see Marleigh I would have to pay an additional $20 because she is a master stylist. It’s not that I don’t think Marleigh deserves it. I just was not told that when I signed up to be a member. It’s not right to get your customers to sign up for a service then nickel and dime them each time they come in. That’s not right. All details should be explained up front.

I booked out with Marleigh for months. I’ve only seen Marleigh. They were moved to Caroline. The only time I saw her for services was last night be some Marleigh was out. I really like senior Riley, and the way she carefully listen to my very specific needs. But I had a lot of last fall out in the several hours since my extensions were applied this afternoon. And, I’m wondering if the amazing Lash franchise instructors technicians to use less adhesive. I’ve not had this problem with other independently and salons where the lashes really really stuck in place. So I’m wondering if the amazing Lash franchise is trying to milk me for money and get me to come in every two weeks for many touchups. Therefore, I will be exploring other lash extensions studios and probably won’t revisit amazing Lash because of the extreme fall out.

I do believe Marlee should get increase however I feel it should come from Company not loyal clients. When I get increase in salary, it comes from the company not clients. It’s just my opinion. I feel I pay enough monthly between monthly fee and tips - then to add additional fee twice month is more than I want to pay. I do appreciate the fact that the fee was waived since I was not informed there would be an additional 20.00 fee. This was my second visit and it had exceeded the first. The stylist Somone was very helpful and informative with all services and products. She was gentle the entire procedure. The receptionist Sam was the best! She not only encouraged me to sign up for a membership (which she was super knowledgeable and accommodating towards), but was also very kind to me. I’ve been going to Amazing Lash Studio in Blakeney for several months now and I truly enjoy my time there. Today, I experienced my 4th technician and I was not impressed. The customer service was great but when she was separating my lashes with the tweezers and told me to open my eyes….. I almost had a panic attack! Prepare me first, let me know what you’re doing if you’re going to have sharp objects near my eyeballs!!!! Try something different next time.

I had issues retaining my lashes and maintaining the best look daily. I would give the services, price and my lash technician 5 stars. The staff is always professional and pleasant in the interactions I have had with them. The facility is attractive and the technician that I've seen has been concerned with my comfort and very attentive. The first two times I had my lashes done, it was fairly quiet and there was soothing music playing, giving the experience a very spa-like feel. The last time there was no music and lots of loud conversations that were easily heard through the walls, making my time there not as relaxing. Although I would definitely recommend Amazing Lash Studio to family/friends, I would hold off on the 5th star for overall experience.

I had made an 8:10am appointment online. Arrived as advised, 10 minutes early. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist had a demeaning attitude telling me my appointment was at 8am and I was going to have to make another appointment for another day explaining that I had paperwork and a consult to do leaving me with only half the lashes I would need. Frustrated, I showed her a screenshot of my appointment time , showed up 10 minutes early like I was advised, and told her to stop wasting my time so I can fill out the paperwork. PAPERWORK = ONE PAGE OF PERSONAL INFO + signatures on release liability. CONSULT = 15 seconds of telling the technician what I wanted done. It was my first visit here and that receptionist soured it completely with her unfriendly attitude. There were no other customers there when I arrived and after I was done. Instead of just helping me, she was a nuisance. My technician, Rhyley was fantastic. Got my lashes done in an hour and without complaint. Oh and by the way during my session, I could literally hear the receptionists’ phone through closed doors and music playing. She was watching a show and had the volume up loud. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
