When the Rockville location closed, I was bummed. And then I went to Gaithersburg. Wow! Great energy from the reception stall. Everyone was welcoming and genuine. My stylist, Lauren was phenomenal. She has created a sweet spa-like environment in her treatment room that I loved and she confidently and skillfully created the look I was seeking. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment in this location. Highly recommended!

As a person new to lashes and to the area...I am still learning and came to the studio with less than ideal extensions that were over the top (for me). As a first time client I have been so impresssed with the professionalism, courtesy and positive demeanor of the staff from my very first call thru my visits thus far. In addition to helping me navigate my way thru their system and my choices, they were super communicative and kept me in the loop when my technician ran into an unexpected emergency and needed to change my appointment time. I had a lengthy session due to needing my old (bad) extensions removed and a new classic set placed. I had some shedding the first couple of days and needed to go back for an adjustment. They were so accomodating and my tech made sure she was available. My classic set looks fantastic. The set looks great. I went simple to play it safe and we discussed options for a little more wow factor going forwards. After that not so great experience and result at another salon, I really appreciate that they will work with me to make subtle changes to get the look I want.

First time client with a lot of questions and concerns here. Staff was wonderful. Studio is clean, comfortable and relaxed. My technician Mary was super friendly, patient and took the time to explain everything to me. I'm still getting used to how much the classic lashes (with a great curl so that they don't brush up against my eyeglasses) make my eyes look so much bigger. But very pleased with everything about the studio and my experience.

My lash girl Natalie does a great job! My only negative comment would be that their current billing system is very confusing. You pay the base rate but then there are different up-charges (Volume vs Classic lashes; Master technician, etc.) that are hard to keep track of. I really think it could be simplified than the current process. Other than that, great company very customer focused, and very fortunate to have an accomplished employee like Natalie!

Tracey made sure I felt cared for and look amazing for my birthday with beautiful lashes that work for my sensitive eyes, with that said Alexis was very careful and gentle with removing the lashes from my first install due to sensitivity to the regular glue. I'm excited and hopeful that the patch test using the sensitive glue will work because I love how I look in my lashes!

I first heard of the Amazing Lash Studio in NC when I was interested in becoming a lash artist. Fast forward 5 years and I finally decided to get some lashes done for a vacation/wedding. I went to another place to get my first set of lashes. Yes they were nice but based off of my knowledge of lashes I knew they weren’t healthy. After I returned from my trip I was in need of a fill and I remembered a coworker has referred me to Amazing Lash Studio in Gaithersburg. I gave them a call and immediately Alexis was on top of her game and ready to figure out if there was anything she could do to get me an appointment that day. She asked me for a picture of my lashes and made sure to set the expectation that they may or may not be able to accommodate me that day. I sent the picture and promptly was responded to with all the information I needed to know. When I got to my appointment I was greeted by name, with the best energy anyone could ask for. I knew I was in a place that screamed woman’s empowerment and integrity. My lash tech Alex, made sure to ask all the questions she needed in order to provide me with the best service possible. She was delicate, and efficient and her energy was very calming. I definitely decided to sign up for the membership and I am so glad I was able to find a lash home. Almost 1 week from the date of my appointment and I have had no issues. I cleanse my lashes regularly and have not had any shedding. After my first set at the other location, I noticed that when I would squeeze my eyes shut I would experience a little bit of discomfort. After Alex worked her magic I have experienced no such thing. The lashes are full and fluffy. The lashes used by ALS are beautiful and soft and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you to the entire team and I will be seeing you soon! If you are interested in getting lash extensions this location of Amazing Lash Studio hands down is the place to go!

Well, I couldn't be happier! Audrey gave me just enough volume to help open my eyes but still look natural. The real testament, however, was two days later when my best friend came to visit me and we completed a 5k race together. Afterward, she said "how is your makeup not running all over? Your eyes look so good!" She was stunned when I told her I wasn't wearing any makeup - it was lash extensions! So I went in almost 2 weeks ago knowing nothing. All I knew was that I wanted lashes for an upcoming trip but wanted to test out how I’d feel a few weeks prior to my trip to make sure I’d be comfortable. India was SUPER patient and explained everything to me. She asked me a few questions and then made 2 suggestions she thought were best for my eye shape. She then explained the differences between both. She made me feel very comfortable and confident about the decision I made. I pretty much slept through my entire session. That’s how comfortable I was with her. And I absolutely LOVE my lashes. Everyone asks were I went and now have a few friends & coworkers ready to book their appointments. Thanks again India!! I’ll see you soon!!

Neda does a wonderful job. I’ve been going to Amazing Lash Studio - Rio for about 3 months now and had my lashes done by two other lash stylist. I am so relaxed when Neda does my lashes that I fall asleep now which says a lot about how much I trust her work (I don’t trust easily). She is professional and kind. Actually, the entire team is great! I always get a warm greeting when checking in and out. I appreciate this kind of service. I’m glad that I have a great lash studio close to home.

My only concern is at the register I was told I owed an extra $25 because I got hybrid lashes. However I did not request hybrid nor “fuller lashes.” The front desk staff looked at my last service and quickly corrected the misunderstanding. I was not charged. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff kind and professional.

I arrived, the place was super clean and very nice. I was greeted by 2 lovely desk staff and then I met Tabatha, my lash stylist. She was superb friendly and helpful. We discussed my options, looked at pictures and then she worked her magic!! I love the results!!!

They really are customer focused and not because of profit but they do take time to understand their patients concerns and everyone is so friendly! My first appt with Amazing lash was Feb 2021 and I had an allergic reaction to either the glue or patch..I’ve always had this reaction even with other companies. Except, they really wanted to know what was causing it and so I came in 2 weeks later to do a patch test. At the end, they found out what it was and when I came back to do a refill, I literally didn’t have any allergic reaction this time. Mind you, this is the first time ever that I haven’t had a reaction getting lash extension ever! I wanna cry!lolThank you Amazing Lash for caring for your customers. It’s really appreciated and you’ve just gained a life long customer! Many thanks to the ladies in the Gaithersburg location: the store owner, Kazal, Denise and the staff at the front desk.

I haven't had my lashes done in a long time. And this was the best experience ever. Faith was amazing, gentle hands, and I am soooooo happy with my lashes. They were great! My lashes look amazing! Everyone is very friendly, the place is clean. Strict COVID precautions (nobody with masks hanging half off their face) comfortable surroundings. Having lashes has saved me so much time getting ready in the morning! I'm definitely hooked! They teach you how to care for them & make them last. Will definitely keep getting them done there!

Everyone was so kind. I went purposely at my worst and the staff and owners were absolutely marvelous. The want to pick you up and the service they deliver ... does just that. They are wonderful and the lashes are outstanding. I had Zoleikha and I blinked the entire time ( habit) and she still delivered perfect work. I enjoyed my visit the place is clean and the staff are very pleasant. I would have liked my lashes to be thicker than I had when I left, but I’ll be back in two weeks and I’ll discuss that then. My stylist was wonderful but she definitely needs more practice.

Oh my goodness. I've NEVER has lash extensions before and let me tell you, that was SUCH an easy process! My artist was simply amazing. She reassured me that my sensitive eyes are normal, and she has the same issues! The prep work was a little difficult - I kept tearing up! But once she got started - - -I actually fell asleep a few times. And now, my lashes look AMAZING. I've ALREADY tagged yall on instagram and facebook! Love love love!
