My lash girl Natalie does a great job! My only negative comment would be that their current billing system is very confusing. You pay the base rate but then there are different up-charges (Volume vs Classic lashes; Master technician, etc.) that are hard to keep track of. I really think it could be simplified than the current process. Other than that, great company very customer focused, and very fortunate to have an accomplished employee like Natalie!

Tracey made sure I felt cared for and look amazing for my birthday with beautiful lashes that work for my sensitive eyes, with that said Alexis was very careful and gentle with removing the lashes from my first install due to sensitivity to the regular glue. I'm excited and hopeful that the patch test using the sensitive glue will work because I love how I look in my lashes!

I've had lash extensions for years and, after moving to the area from the West Coast, tried quite a few lash artists before visiting Amazing Lash Studio at Rio. Lauren does my lashes and she is The Best! I've always been a 2 week fill like clockwork due to lash loss/shedding, but with Lauren I can go up to 3 weeks and still have good retention. I first heard of the Amazing Lash Studio in NC when I was interested in becoming a lash artist. Fast forward 5 years and I finally decided to get some lashes done for a vacation/wedding. I went to another place to get my first set of lashes. Yes they were nice but based off of my knowledge of lashes I knew they weren’t healthy. After I returned from my trip I was in need of a fill and I remembered a coworker has referred me to Amazing Lash Studio in Gaithersburg. I gave them a call and immediately Alexis was on top of her game and ready to figure out if there was anything she could do to get me an appointment that day. She asked me for a picture of my lashes and made sure to set the expectation that they may or may not be able to accommodate me that day. I sent the picture and promptly was responded to with all the information I needed to know. When I got to my appointment I was greeted by name, with the best energy anyone could ask for. I knew I was in a place that screamed woman’s empowerment and integrity. My lash tech Alex, made sure to ask all the questions she needed in order to provide me with the best service possible. She was delicate, and efficient and her energy was very calming. I definitely decided to sign up for the membership and I am so glad I was able to find a lash home. Almost 1 week from the date of my appointment and I have had no issues. I cleanse my lashes regularly and have not had any shedding. After my first set at the other location, I noticed that when I would squeeze my eyes shut I would experience a little bit of discomfort. After Alex worked her magic I have experienced no such thing. The lashes are full and fluffy. The lashes used by ALS are beautiful and soft and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you to the entire team and I will be seeing you soon! If you are interested in getting lash extensions this location of Amazing Lash Studio hands down is the place to go!

From the customer service: The front desk staff are so nice and friendly they make you feel comfortable especially for someone who has never had their lashes done and didn't know what to expect. Well, I couldn't be happier! Audrey gave me just enough volume to help open my eyes but still look natural. The real testament, however, was two days later when my best friend came to visit me and we completed a 5k race together. Afterward, she said "how is your makeup not running all over? Your eyes look so good!" She was stunned when I told her I wasn't wearing any makeup - it was lash extensions! So I went in almost 2 weeks ago knowing nothing. All I knew was that I wanted lashes for an upcoming trip but wanted to test out how I’d feel a few weeks prior to my trip to make sure I’d be comfortable. India was SUPER patient and explained everything to me. She asked me a few questions and then made 2 suggestions she thought were best for my eye shape. She then explained the differences between both. She made me feel very comfortable and confident about the decision I made. I pretty much slept through my entire session. That’s how comfortable I was with her. And I absolutely LOVE my lashes. Everyone asks were I went and now have a few friends & coworkers ready to book their appointments. Thanks again India!! However I did not request hybrid nor “fuller lashes.” The front desk staff looked at my last service and quickly corrected the misunderstanding. I was not charged. They really are customer focused and not because of profit but they do take time to understand their patients concerns and everyone is so friendly! My first appt with Amazing lash was Feb 2021 and I had an allergic reaction to either the glue or patch..I’ve always had this reaction even with other companies. Except, they really wanted to know what was causing it and so I came in 2 weeks later to do a patch test. At the end, they found out what it was and when I came back to do a refill, I literally didn’t have any allergic reaction this time. Mind you, this is the first time ever that I haven’t had a reaction getting lash extension ever! I wanna cry!lolThank you Amazing Lash for caring for your customers. Oh my goodness. I've NEVER has lash extensions before and let me tell you, that was SUCH an easy process! My artist was simply amazing. She reassured me that my sensitive eyes are normal, and she has the same issues! The prep work was a little difficult - I kept tearing up!
