My lash tech was so nice both visits, and she remembered our conversation from my first appointment. She was quick and super patient. The office space is very fun and clean as well, and I haven’t had any problems with my lashes. My tech did an even better job on the second visit! The programs for fills are also great since you save a little if you use those and consistently go in for fills.

Was relaxing and i had no problem during application. However, i was told id get instructions and more details about lash care and fills at the front desk. I didn't get any of that. Also bought the foam soap they sale and they didnt bother to tell me i needed to buy a lash brush as one doesnt come with the service or soap.

This was my first experience. My tech was great. But the style was a bit for me. So I ended up going back Saturday morning and at first they did not seem interested in hoping me fix what I thought should be fixed. It may not seem like a lot of money but I spent like $140 and I was not fully satisfy. They did end up getting me in for an adjustment at noon but the fact that they were so hesitant to offer a fix is not good.

Not a great experience. I’m only giving five stars so Emily does not take the fall for lack of management. First off, I’m in the lobby a lady is very loud asking for a credit from management which she was being told she wasn’t going to get and the kind girl at the desk tells her sorry but she’s in a lash session. Huh? That shit doesn’t fly in most company’s and definitely not in Corp. America. It’s called accountability and someone needs it 🤨 I got there at 945 for 10am appointment and didn’t go in until near 10:15! I’ve had two full sets from two completely separate companies before both of which was abale to preform within a hour to an hour and a half! The fact that it takes two hours to do a full set on someone is a huge red flag to anyone that’s had lashes out on. I’m not an old retired person like most of the pebble creek good year folks so time is money to me. Two things I only gave 5 star so it wouldn’t hurt Emily as an employee because she dedicated and a great employee to your company but two things since this is a survey so that means your asking for my feedback! 1.get the lashes on much quicker (yes it’s possible stop making excuses) 2. Mouth was or gum for the techs breathing over the customer's face during sessions I will not be signing a membership or coming back but I thought the feedback would be important since it was asked for! I have been a customer for a while, and I had to take a break because it wasn’t that I didn’t like my lashes I just felt like the lash techs I had in the past I really never connected with. Well that changed TODAY! I felt like I had known Abigail for years and our session was more than just girl chat. She was patient and took the time to listen to my ideas of what I wanted. She hearsay me out and she DELIVERED. I even booked in advance (which is rare for me ) I am so happy to have rejoined my membership and have finally found my lash tech! Also all the ladies in the front were super friendly and helpful with helping with lash inspirations.

Definitely a no-frills lash studio, and comparison to a few of the other amazing Lash Studios I’ve been to, and that’s perfectly OK. My lash stylist is someone I will never switch up unless I have to. Josie is the most knowledgeable, sweetest girl and does what’s the best for your lashes, even if it means having to take a break. I’ve had a a few Poor experiences with lash stylists at that studio but she has made up for everything in her product knowledge, her technique, and the art craft. Sydney at the front desk is a sweetheart and always so welcoming and genuine.

But i was told that 1-3 days after the procedure I can come back and the studio would fix everything. I did call and come back in a day and was much happeir with the results. Second attempt at lashes. I have had 2 other sessions and cancelled my membership because I had hardly any lashes left. I may rub my eyes unknowingly. I still had 1 session remaining and tried a different technician. I don't know yet if I will return, will see how this set lasts.

I have been going to Amazing Lash for a while and I was thrilled when one opened in Goodyear closer to my home. The service has met my expectation and Lexi, my stylist, has been extraordinary. She is so friendly, professional, and talks to me about lash care beyond the normal don't get them wet and don't rub. I love my appointments because she is so happy to have me there.
