Alyssa, although it wasnt want I wanted to hear, gave her honest opinion, probably took money out of her own pocket ans instead of performing a possible unsafe full set reccomended a variety patch test to test new glues to try and insure I did not have a allergic reaction as I did in the past. I appreciate her kindness and looking out for my best interests, even though she knew I really wanted that full set. Better safe than sorry. So far so good, hopefully I'll see her soon for that full set! Thank you Alyssa

This was my first time getting my lashes done so I was a but nervous at first, but my tech Ashley was an absolute doll. She was invested in what I was saying even if I just rambled about random things. She was super funny and I had a lot of fun talking to her. Ashley made sure I was comfortable, and she did and AMAZING job on my lashes, they look beautiful. The front desk was amazing as well, they were super kind and patient with me. I was fortunate to meet the owners Leslie and Lindsey at a work event and I am so happy I did, they run a great studio. Fantastic job everybody! I'm excited to return.

Farrah does an amazing job with my lashes. The ladies at the front desk are so upbeat and personable. My only complaint is that the bathroom paper towel holders don’t work and I had to wipe my hands on my pants. That is an issue for the owners to address.

My lash tech was so nice both visits, and she remembered our conversation from my first appointment. She was quick and super patient. The office space is very fun and clean as well, and I haven’t had any problems with my lashes. My tech did an even better job on the second visit! The programs for fills are also great since you save a little if you use those and consistently go in for fills.

Was relaxing and i had no problem during application. However, i was told id get instructions and more details about lash care and fills at the front desk. I didn't get any of that. Also bought the foam soap they sale and they didnt bother to tell me i needed to buy a lash brush as one doesnt come with the service or soap.

This was my first experience. My tech was great. But the style was a bit for me. So I ended up going back Saturday morning and at first they did not seem interested in hoping me fix what I thought should be fixed. It may not seem like a lot of money but I spent like $140 and I was not fully satisfy. They did end up getting me in for an adjustment at noon but the fact that they were so hesitant to offer a fix is not good.

Not a great experience. I’m only giving five stars so Emily does not take the fall for lack of management. First off, I’m in the lobby a lady is very loud asking for a credit from management which she was being told she wasn’t going to get and the kind girl at the desk tells her sorry but she’s in a lash session. Huh? That shit doesn’t fly in most company’s and definitely not in Corp. America. It’s called accountability and someone needs it 🤨 I got there at 945 for 10am appointment and didn’t go in until near 10:15! I’ve had two full sets from two completely separate companies before both of which was abale to preform within a hour to an hour and a half! The fact that it takes two hours to do a full set on someone is a huge red flag to anyone that’s had lashes out on. I’m not an old retired person like most of the pebble creek good year folks so time is money to me. Two things I only gave 5 star so it wouldn’t hurt Emily as an employee because she dedicated and a great employee to your company but two things since this is a survey so that means your asking for my feedback! 1.get the lashes on much quicker (yes it’s possible stop making excuses) 2. Mouth was or gum for the techs breathing over the customer's face during sessions I will not be signing a membership or coming back but I thought the feedback would be important since it was asked for! I have been a customer for a while, and I had to take a break because it wasn’t that I didn’t like my lashes I just felt like the lash techs I had in the past I really never connected with. Well that changed TODAY! I felt like I had known Abigail for years and our session was more than just girl chat. She was patient and took the time to listen to my ideas of what I wanted. She hearsay me out and she DELIVERED. I even booked in advance (which is rare for me ) I am so happy to have rejoined my membership and have finally found my lash tech! Also all the ladies in the front were super friendly and helpful with helping with lash inspirations.

Abigail was great! I came in for the first time from a DM off IG for a wax+tint promo. This was my first time for a tint, but the only thing noticeable was my wax so tinting wasn't for me since my eyebrow hairs are very dark already but I tried it out so now I know. Definitely a no-frills lash studio, and comparison to a few of the other amazing Lash Studios I’ve been to, and that’s perfectly OK. My lash stylist is someone I will never switch up unless I have to. Josie is the most knowledgeable, sweetest girl and does what’s the best for your lashes, even if it means having to take a break. I’ve had a a few Poor experiences with lash stylists at that studio but she has made up for everything in her product knowledge, her technique, and the art craft. My lashes look great! Because I’m an “older” woman I opted for a more natural look. Now they’re a bit longer than my natural lash and appear thicker. It really made my eyes “pop”! The staff is so friendly and accommodating!

I signed up for a training set for a much lower price and loved my entire time there. My lash tech and her observer were both amazing. I have never had lashes done so I was a bit nervous but they both helped me remain calm and have a great time. Definitely going back. Also pretty cheap compared to most lash places.

I got a referral from my friend so decided to try this place. Very nice place, good stuff. It was a new experiance for me so I couldnt really understand what I wanted and my first result wasnt impressive at all. But i was told that 1-3 days after the procedure I can come back and the studio would fix everything. I did call and come back in a day and was much happeir with the results. Make sure you know what you want or keep asking until it`s clear. Positive experiance. Got membership, will go back in 3 weeks.
