I’ve been to a couple of Amazing Lash studios in the East Coast but this location (Houston on Fry Rd) has been consistently above par. Lisa, my cosmetologist, explained the choice for the length of the lashes, where they should be placed(sides or center) and the style. The new office manager, Josephine, is highly experienced and professional. Money well spent.

I was just going to use my Groupon for a special occasion because my first one was awful. She no longer works there. When I met Tiff my second time to use my last bit of credit, I just signed up for the monthly membership. I no longer need to wear makeup, because my eyes just do the job!! Tiff made them look amazing, she listened to what l wanted and she also gave her professional advice! It was just perfect!! I have very thin and short lashes and I was never satisfied with myself. But the monthly membership is so worth it!!! When Tiff was not available at the time I needed my refill (I had to go out of town for a wedding), I had my lashes done by Lisa, and she did an amazing job as well!!! I told her I want to make sure that small Asian eyes pop but look natural, she just made my eyes look so beautiful. I kept getting compliments how they look so natural! I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive from both Tiff and Lisa. They make me feel so beautiful even without makeup !!! Thank you!!!

Tiffany, the lash tech was fast, friend and very efficient. She did my first ever set very quick and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. However, the girls working the front desk wasn’t very friend. They were too busy talking about baby daddy’s.IDU’s and other issues that had nothing to do with lashes. I’ll be back to see Tiffany but since the front desk is literally the first people we see, they should really do better.

The lashes by Nikki was great and the girls are all friendly . However I did not give a 5 because the salon could be cleaner. Windows and doors had smudges on them and bathroom needed attention. The only thing that I as horrible is that the lashes I gotten 11 days prior all dropped off so they charged me for a new set. I have had lashes for almost the last year prior and never have they all dropped in 11 days. The technician took 2 hours to install them and was on the job less than 30 days.

Everyone here is so sweet and very welcoming. Kelly is my lash stylist and does an amazing job! I only had one issue with the front desk not informing me here would be an extra charge for my visit with Kelly and another extra charge for getting more volume. I had five credits (Worth $120 each) but was told I couldn’t use the credits to cover the extra charges. Just a small issue but hopefully in the future those details are relayed verbally.

I like my lashes natural but full. I also like them to stay on at least 3 full weeks. I don't wear eye make-up except for underliner on lower lids. So I will continue here. I really liked the nice technician. She was very sweet. She did my correction very quickly though and some of my lashes are leaning over. I’ve only been getting lashes for about a month now and I’ve already had to have two corrections. I’m not feeling warm and fuzzy about it. It makes me want to look elsewhere, even though I don’t want to because I love Nita. She’s amazing. But the front desk girls always seem snooty. Always. I have been considering canceling my membership due to my itchy watery allergy eyes. Other than my regular seasonal allergies the glue & tape seem to irritate my eyes so so bad that i can hardly bare it. I spoke w Carlynn about it and she made some changes for me like changed the glue from black to clear. I went had my latest appointment yesterday on 8/8/2020 and what ever she did, i knew right away that my eyes were ok. I would normally feel the itchiness right away before i would even walk out of the salon. But yesterday before i walk out of the salon there was no itchiness at all to my surprise. Amazing lash pulled my draft early in January , then they messaged me in February saying I had a credit. I called to check the credit prior to my appointment and they confirmed. My appointment was scheduled at 3:50 and they called and asked me to come earlier. I arrived at 2:40 as stated and they were running behind. They complete my service and say I’m good to go. The next thing I know she is running to my car in the parking lot. She said I need to pay 25 for volume which was never stated that I received. That’s fine. I said I don’t have my card. I was at the gym prior to this so I call my husband and give her the information. I have never had service like this. Will not be going back to i10 and Katy location

I want to thank Amazing Lash Studio Katy for what they do. The enhancement lashes gives to a women is just gorgeous, especially when it’s don’t to perfection. My lash consultant Vy always greet me with a smile ask me how I’ve been and my family and my apt time be dead and have never had to wait extended time. She is very punctual. She’s very welcoming as well. I was not pleased at all after my 3rd visit for full set service. The lashes were different thicknes and size from each eye. The person who did my lashes the first time was the same one on the third time, she told me it was very common for eye lashes that were different from eye to eye. My lashes are far less dense and noticable to me. What can be done to either refund me. I am a member as well and I am considering cancelling my membership. Thank you Lori

I went to this location for the first time on 12/27 and the girl rushed through and my lashes did not last more than a week. I wrote a review here and this location graciously offered to do a refill for free. I went yesterday for the refill. A different lady did the refill and her name was Lisa. She was very pleasant, took her time and the lashes looked great. After the appt, the girl at front desk offered me a membership several times. I explained I wanted to see how these lashes lasted before deciding. She appeared irritated that I didn't sign up then and there. I might sign up but need time to think about it and see how these lashes last.

I moved to Katy this year. I have used Amazing Lash Studio in the past in Kingwood and Atascacito with great results. I was very disappointed in the visit in Katy. The girl rushed through the appointment, finishing over 10 minutes early and sure enough, it's only a week later and 70% or more of the lashes have fallen out. Also, she mostly used clusters, not singles, because clusters were what was falling out. I know to wait 48 hours to get them wet so that was not the reason. With tip, I spent $90 for a refill that lasted around a week.

Here is how great Vy is: I got a full set of lashes from her the day before my three week trip to Vietnam & Thailand. For three weeks, my lashes survived wild winds while motor biking everywhere, numerous swims in the ocean, a ton of showers after swimming in said oceans, and a handful of rainstorms as well.
