I was just going to use my Groupon for a special occasion because my first one was awful. She no longer works there. When I met Tiff my second time to use my last bit of credit, I just signed up for the monthly membership. I no longer need to wear makeup, because my eyes just do the job!! Tiff made them look amazing, she listened to what l wanted and she also gave her professional advice! It was just perfect!! I have very thin and short lashes and I was never satisfied with myself. But the monthly membership is so worth it!!! When Tiff was not available at the time I needed my refill (I had to go out of town for a wedding), I had my lashes done by Lisa, and she did an amazing job as well!!! I told her I want to make sure that small Asian eyes pop but look natural, she just made my eyes look so beautiful. I kept getting compliments how they look so natural! I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive from both Tiff and Lisa. They make me feel so beautiful even without makeup !!! Thank you!!!

Tiffany, the lash tech was fast, friend and very efficient. She did my first ever set very quick and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. However, the girls working the front desk wasn’t very friend. They were too busy talking about baby daddy’s.IDU’s and other issues that had nothing to do with lashes. I’ll be back to see Tiffany but since the front desk is literally the first people we see, they should really do better.

The lashes by Nikki was great and the girls are all friendly . However I did not give a 5 because the salon could be cleaner. Windows and doors had smudges on them and bathroom needed attention. The only thing that I as horrible is that the lashes I gotten 11 days prior all dropped off so they charged me for a new set. Everyone here is so sweet and very welcoming. Kelly is my lash stylist and does an amazing job! I only had one issue with the front desk not informing me here would be an extra charge for my visit with Kelly and another extra charge for getting more volume. I had five credits (Worth $120 each) but was told I couldn’t use the credits to cover the extra charges. Just a small issue but hopefully in the future those details are relayed verbally.

Really like Tiffany. I am a new reoccurring customer to this location. I went to Grand Lakes for 9 yrs n had Michelle she was THE BEST EVER! It's hard to replace her ? but I am trying. Abby where do I even start? I tried different stylists before I got Abby and I can definitely say that she not only takes pride in her work but also treats you like family. I really liked the nice technician. She was very sweet. She did my correction very quickly though and some of my lashes are leaning over. I’ve only been getting lashes for about a month now and I’ve already had to have two corrections. I’m not feeling warm and fuzzy about it. It makes me want to look elsewhere, even though I don’t want to because I love Nita. She’s amazing. But the front desk girls always seem snooty. Always. I never complain either, so if I do, something is really off. Anyway, overall I’m very pleased. I just wish the technicians would slow down a little and get it right the first time.

I have been considering canceling my membership due to my itchy watery allergy eyes. Other than my regular seasonal allergies the glue & tape seem to irritate my eyes so so bad that i can hardly bare it. I spoke w Carlynn about it and she made some changes for me like changed the glue from black to clear. I went had my latest appointment yesterday on 8/8/2020 and what ever she did, i knew right away that my eyes were ok. I would normally feel the itchiness right away before i would even walk out of the salon. But yesterday before i walk out of the salon there was no itchiness at all to my surprise. Please let Carlyn know what she did for me . So, now I plan to keep my membership longer. Thanks

Amazing lash pulled my draft early in January , then they messaged me in February saying I had a credit. I called to check the credit prior to my appointment and they confirmed. My appointment was scheduled at 3:50 and they called and asked me to come earlier. I arrived at 2:40 as stated and they were running behind. They complete my service and say I’m good to go. The next thing I know she is running to my car in the parking lot. She said I need to pay 25 for volume which was never stated that I received. That’s fine. I said I don’t have my card. I was at the gym prior to this so I call my husband and give her the information. I have never had service like this. Will not be going back to i10 and Katy location

I want to thank Amazing Lash Studio Katy for what they do. The enhancement lashes gives to a women is just gorgeous, especially when it’s don’t to perfection. I was not pleased at all after my 3rd visit for full set service. The lashes were different thicknes and size from each eye. The person who did my lashes the first time was the same one on the third time, she told me it was very common for eye lashes that were different from eye to eye. I went to this location for the first time on 12/27 and the girl rushed through and my lashes did not last more than a week. I wrote a review here and this location graciously offered to do a refill for free. I went yesterday for the refill. A different lady did the refill and her name was Lisa. She was very pleasant, took her time and the lashes looked great. After the appt, the girl at front desk offered me a membership several times. I explained I wanted to see how these lashes lasted before deciding. She appeared irritated that I didn't sign up then and there. I might sign up but need time to think about it and see how these lashes last.

I moved to Katy this year. I have used Amazing Lash Studio in the past in Kingwood and Atascacito with great results. I was very disappointed in the visit in Katy. The girl rushed through the appointment, finishing over 10 minutes early and sure enough, it's only a week later and 70% or more of the lashes have fallen out. Also, she mostly used clusters, not singles, because clusters were what was falling out. I know to wait 48 hours to get them wet so that was not the reason. With tip, I spent $90 for a refill that lasted around a week.

Here is how great Vy is: I got a full set of lashes from her the day before my three week trip to Vietnam & Thailand. Ive tried 3 different Amazing Lash salons. A couple of years ago, I found Vy at Fry Rd. She is friendly & cheerful. But more than that her work is AWESOME!!! Since having her the first tine, I have never used anyone else and I never will. When I leave the salon I always feel beautiful. And the manager there is pretty awesome herself. As a retired general manager, I know if you have good employees you have a goid manager. If you have bad employees you have a bad manager. Employees are a reflection of managers. You have a very good manager.

I’m bad with names, but the young lady that refilled my lashes yesterday was amazing. Last time I had them refilled with someone else my eyes were itchy and felt like something was poking my lids. But this young lady has done my lashes before and she does an amazing job. She recommended a different lash which I think she called it 3D. And I love them! I have been coming to this location for over a year. It just seems like I can’t find the correct stylist to go to. There’s always a problem. This past visit was by far the worst. My stylist arrived 10 minutes late to the appointment and rushed me through. I pay good money to get my lashes done, I deserve for my stylist To do a good thorough job. Instead she did not spend the proper amount of time and did not apply enough lashes. At the end of the application she ripped off a number of my lashes removing tape from around my eye area. I sat in my car crying after the appointment contemplating canceling my membership.

I was not impressed with these lashes or deals. I have had my lashes done at different establishments, looking for my forever place. I have never had any problems at any other business. With this experience, the application stung, was uncomfortable. The service was twice as much as different places I have been. The lashes started coming of right away. I have been loosing 4 lashes a day ( that I have noticed) almost immediately. I am 1 week in and more than 1/2 of my lashes are gone, and the lashes that are still there are extended a lot. I have had lashes before, so I am aware of the after care and am following what I am supposed to do, and even bought their products. The lashes also hurt when they hit the eye. I did not have these problems with the other companies I have been to. With other companies when the eyelashes did come off after 2 weeks, they did not hurt the eye. So unfortunately I would not recommend this company. In my experience, I have gotten my lashes done for 1/2 the price, better quality and last at 2 1/2 weeks.

I am very happy with the way Tiffany did my lashes. During the procedure some adhesive got into my left eye. I think she noticed because she said your eye keeps moving. I said yeah it's burning, she didn't say anything so I thought it would be okay. It's 10 p.m. and it's still red and irritated just a little bit. But I purchased a membership today because Tiffany made my lashes look very flawless. And for that I am so grateful. I can't wait till my next appointment. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this location. The techs seem to be so unfriendly. My tech yesterday was on her phone and stayed on it the first 5 minutes so i preceded to surf the internet on my phone. Then she finally stated she was ready. She never greeted me upon entrance nor exit. Horrible experience. The time before her, the young lady did not know what she was doing because she put tons of the tape under my lower eyelid but it was rubbing my eye itself. I am at the point where I am wanting to cancel my membership because of the very poor customer service. I always tip no matter how horrible the service is but after 2 bad experiences, I am beginning not to want to tip because of the unfriendly and unprofessional service.

I asked my tech if she did something different because my eyes are never this red after an application. She then informed me that they changed to a stronger adhesive. So when I asked well do you know whats different abt this adhesive over the last she didnt know. I think the techs need to be well informed on these kinds of changes as you are applying a product close to someones eyes. And adhesive always gets in the eye during application. All techs should know if there is a change in product what that change is, and not just, oh yeah we changed glue. I asked the girl at the front desk who at least did have drops to give me but she didnt know abt the change in adhesive either. So I left truly concerned because of the sensitivity I was experiencing and well because its my EYES! I plan to look fo another lash studio...

Very much an average visit. I was not comfortable on the table for 2 hours, I had to roll up the blanket under my neck for support, the annoying whining music was playing loud and repetitive. The lash tech was gentle but glue or whatever solution she was using seeped into my eyes throughout the session and a burning sensation was felt long after I left the shop; my eyes were red all evening. Her breath smelled bad so every now and then I got an unpleasant whiff of bad breath. Besides all that, the very next day, 2 of my extensions fell off, they looked like they had no glue on them. Overall my lashes looked okay, nothing spectacular but then again I did ask for the "natural" look. Unless you looked at me closely you would never know I had eyelash extensions which means that I would still need to wear mascara eventually. The introductory price was fair, but the original price of $250 is ridiculous. Refills would be $80. I'm not sure I'll return, there are too many places that do eyelash extensions for cheaper and maybe better.

Tiffany did not ensure that I was comfortable during the intsall. Each time I attempted to get comfortable, she told me to move back towards her because she needed to be comfortable to do the install. I was forced to lay flat with no neck or head support. A few times, I felt light headed. At one point, I had to sit up to prevent neck injury. The door was open during installation with no privacy. In fact a visitor visited with Tiffany during my left lash installation. They visited and conversated in their native language for 30 minutes.I expressed to Tiffany that mt lashes were hanging inward. She told me that they lay that way because I had tears. My tears are gone and my lashes are still inward rubbing my eyeballs.As a member, I was charged full set upgrade for $14 extra versus a fullset. I don't know what upgrade I was charged for. Manager, Jessica has not been available for me to speak to.

I am actually pretty harsh with washing my face, so I've always been hesitant to get lash extensions but finally decided to do it. Natalie was the one who did my extensions and she did a fabulous job. Iâve had extensions before but the job she did far exceeded my expectations. They seem distracted at the front counter... because they are too busy talking to each other so it's disrespectful. The girls seem young and not fully trained in the meaning of customer service. Their lash techs answer their phones while doing your lashes and talk over your face while your laying there already uncomfortable. I expected more especially since their prices are pricey even with a membership. I'm not saying that it was just awful but I am saying I will not chose this location again although it's the closest to my home.

This studio is by far one of the best in the Houston/Katy area. I love how clean and trendy the place is not to mention my stylist Tiffany is amazing! She is very particular and always has my lashes looking on point. I get many compliments and enjoy my time here. The tech was very detached and short with me. She spent a large portion of my session gossiping with another employee about other associates, one possibly being fired soon, another who had no client base who they feel sorry for. It was my first time having semipermanent lashes done, for my wedding which was in a few days, and she DID NOT make my experience a positive one. Within less than a few hours of having them done, SEVERAL lashes began to fall out. When I went back the following day to have them fixed, I was told by the new tech that Allison told her they came out because I was touching and rubbing my face (which I didn't do). Not only was the lack of customer service palpable to me, but upon going back the following day to have them corrected, I came with my mother (who was in town for the wedding), and she actually left the waiting area because she said the girls at the front were very rude to her!!! This was before I ever even told her about the lack of service I had received the day prior. If I ever decide to get them done again, it def won't be at this location.

I decided to try a different location, met Allison never had that problem again. the South fry location need to be quarantine, because of them i had a horrible time on my vacation to Jamaica, my eyes hurt the whole time, i couldnt sleep, it felt like pins sticking me in my eyes. I have been here twice before and had good experiences. The third time, my lashes ended up way bigger on one side. The one side looks like stairs- the middle lashes are so short even though she assures me they are the same size. The manager then came and of course said they looked fine- they didn't and still don't a few days later. It's unfortunate when you pay so much money and spend so much time that the quality of the workmanship is so poor and the manager wouldn't stand up and comment it was a job poorly done.

I actually, cannot wait until its refill time to get the look I want. I visited another location in the past and their work was spot on. This location is closest to my house, so I am willing to give them another chance...but not with that stylist. Kudos to the front desk staff, they were great. Service oriented, kind, and informative. They also made sure that the notes of what i REALLY wanted were added to my account. Next time I will spend more time explaining my expectations.

I got my lashes on Saturday, by that night my eyes were swollen. I ended up going to the emergency room Sunday night. I am extremely allergic to the adhesive. I do not blame the studio for my reaction HOWEVER when I went back and asked them to remove the remaining lashes and adhesive, they missed a lot of the adhesive so here it is days later and my eyes are still swollen. I guess because they already had my money they were not so concerned to get all of the glue off. So after $700 in medical bills I am still miserable because I still can't get all of the glue off. It;s coming off slowly.but I still can't go to work. They were nice when they were taking my money but it stopped there.BEWARE.

This was my first time getting lashes. I have never experienced this. My stylist seemed insensitive to my discomfort. It was uncomfortable laying down for so long and not being able to open my eyes. I became slightly anxious. When I informed her that the under eye pads burned and felt heavy, she stated that "I've never had anyone complain, AND they aren't even close to your eyes." In addition when I voiced my anxiety she stated, "so do you want me take the lashes off." Overall I think the place was professional and I like my lashes.However for $150- 200 a month, I prefer to go to a place that will make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will try another location.

The front office staff has given poor customer service the last 3 visits. And I have wanted to cancel because of it. The reason why I decided to rate one star, is mainly due to the very poor customer service at the front desk. Given, the two girls at the front desk are young and I'm sure still learning... but I do believe they should take into consideration that everyone should be treated fairly, regardless to the type of customer base. (New customers versus recurring customers) Overall, my technician did a great job! She took her time and was very friendly.

This is was second time and there were issues with the system, but that's not the problem. I got my lashes done on Friday and it hasn't been a week and they are falling out more than usual. I have been doing it for a year now and it was unusual having them to fall out like that even on the first day, especially when it was only first refill after the full set. There was something wrong with AC too, it was unusually warm and I was always told by previous places that they have to keep temperature down for the glue, so I am wondering if that has to do something with that. And my lashes started falling out the next day I got a refill so I felt as if it was my fault so I went back again even though I had moved out of area because I thought the lady that was doing my lashes was a sweet girl then I left that visit and and my lashes came out again the next day so I found another lash extension place.(T&L Dreams ) near where I stay they did my lashes full and beautiful and they didn't start falling out for 3 weeks but only maybe 1 here and there my lashes still stayed full and I proceeded to try and cancel my card and membership with the lash studio at fry rd and i10 and I've been calling since August 6th 2016 to speak with the manager Nicole and the associate that answer the phone kept saying they would have the manager Nicole call me and make sure that it got canceled she never called me .now a month later Sept. 7th 2016 I go up to location fry rd and I10 and have to fill out cancellation paper and no manager is still not there so spoke with associate and again she says she is going to relay the message to manager don't do contract with them and don't continue to go when lashes fall out I had the worst experience there ever and the manager still hasn't canceled my membership or contacted me she is just trying to continue to draft the money off my card. I'm unhappy don't do it

I had a horrible experience at this location. I wasted 3 hours of my life that I will never get back. This was my first and last time ever coming to THIS Amazing Lash Studio. I have been a client at 2 different Amazing Lash Studios and only came to this location because I relocated to Katy. I would rather drive to the other locations or just find another business to do my lashes. It took 3 whole hours for Jasmine to finish my lashes and it still wasn't done right. It was not as full as it has been from the other locations. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Completely unacceptable. Did I mention, it took 3 hours. Jasmine Erwin has a sweet personality but I don't think she is confident in her craft. It took 4 mins to attach each lash. She needs to consider other people's time.

It was honestly horrible. They are rude over the phone and when you get there all they do is play around behind the counter. I got my lashes done and the stylist didn't do what I asked her! Instead she did what she wanted. I was unhappy with my visit and when I told the front desk, they didn't even offer for it to get fixed. They said to wait it out and come back when my next refill is due. I called the next day to get a corrective appointment and they tried to tell me it was out of my 3 day window when it had only been a day. I go and get the corrective done and it gets even worse. I scheduled another appointment a few weeks later to give my real lashes a break but I decided to go back to the amazing lash I started at. I called the Fry location to cancel and she demanded that I tell her the real reason why I wanted to cancel my appointment. I believe it was Kelsey. They aren't professional there, they are honestly a joke. She got annoyed with me on the phone and just stated she would make a note on my account that I will never be back at that location... I would NOT recommend anyone to this location. I don't even want to leave 1 star.

I followed the after care instructions provided and avoided swimming, even though they said my lashes would be fine. I'm a huge fan of amazing lash studio and i've been getting my lashes done for a couple years which leaves me disappointed to have to write this review. I volunteered to be a model for one of the girls who are training (totally OK with that). Was told it would take up to 2 hours because they're new- also okay with that. Because she was getting so much feedback she was constantly changing how she was applying my lashes and ended up taking almost 3 hours... after which another girl had to come in and REMOVE half of them and redo them.. I spent 5 hours there. with the gel patches under my eyes, my eyes taped shut/open. today my eyes are BLOODSHOT red and hurt to close tightly. I've never had an allergic reaction so I'm basing this solely because my eyes were taped back for 5 hours. FIVE HOURS. I also feel bad complaining since i didn't have to pay because the girl was "training" but still............... five hours.............................thank goodness for the girl who fixed my eyes though. she did an amazing job and i look flawless. minus my red eyes.

DO NOT GO!!! If I could give this place zero stars I will. My technician took about 1 hr and 30 mins to do one eye. When she was starting I told her my eye was in severe pain and Was burning. She told me it was normal and I just wasn't use to it yet. She continued. About 20mins in it was getting worse. I told her my eye felt like someone was stabbing me. She said the same thing, it was normal. I asked her if I could sit up and see what's going on with my eye she said I couldn't open until she was finished. She finished one eye me hr later and I sat up to a beyond painful blood shot red eye. And on top of that my lashes looked beyond ugly. Then she said " oh your eyelashes could only take 12sbut I put 14s on and had to put it closer to your eye because your lashes can't hold it" WHAT! I freaked lifted my lid up and saw a few lashes basically in my eye!! It was so painful to even close. I told her if my lashes could only hold 12s that's all I want is 12s, and for it to be only on my lash line and not in my eyelid (which to me if your a professional this should be common sense, if a person can only handle a certain thing don't put two times more and in someone's eye lid)! She said she would remove the ones in my eye. I laid down and she got twizzers and ripped them out !! I screamed in so much pain. She said " it's going to hurt I just glued them on". She got up without saying anything else left. I sat there in severe pain for five mins. I'm in room number one at the front of the salon. I can hear her for about five mins in the back of the salon talking loud bad mouthing about me! I'm in pain and she left to go complain loudly about the customer!! Due to her neglect! I literally have to get up basically blind in my left eye walk back there to ask her to stop talking about me and help me with my eye! She comes back, tries to make up excuse. Puts some stuff on my eye to remove lashes. Of course it's burning worse. She's so rough it gets in my eye and she has to rush me to rr twice! To wash out eye. I was in so much pain I said forget it I'll go somewhere else to get the other three lashes left removed. I cried. Felt like a night mare! On top of that my natural lashes were gone!!! My friends and family all noticed without me mentioning that my eyelashes were gone on my left eye compare to the right eye. My eye has been so red and pain this last two days. Going to hospital praying I'm not blind or have serious infection.
