Today, my lash tech - Anna, handled my lash service with so much care. She applied the previously decided measurements, took her time with refilling my lashes, and provided me exceptional customer service with taking care of my lashes after our session to maximize lash retention. I greatly appreciate the Amazing Lash Klein location. Oh how I wish I could move back to houston simply to get this level of service, because it just never happens at the Dallas (McKinney Ave) location, that I have been going to now for at least 6 months since it is closest to me. My stylist was informative, nice, professional, and I swear it was the most comfortable session. I couldn’t even feel the application she was so gentle. I have been going to the Amazing Lash Studio in Dallas, Texas off McKinney Ave. and the service has repeatedly been so horrible, I feel terrible being honest in a review so I refrain. I originally became a member due to a device I received at this Klein location in February 2020, although I live in dallas. I knew they had a chain and wanted to continue services. I have gone back to the dallas location many times and only ONE person - Destiny Pham, has been able to recreate the phenomenal work I received at this location. After visiting the dallas location twice last week and being unsatisfied with the service/end product, with an impending graduation I needed to look great foe, I settled for spending an additional $60 mini fill with Kianna at this Klein location. & y’all... There are no words. My lashes came out phenomenal. Exactly as I was wanting them. She even went over and beyond to ensure she took more detailed notes in the system for those techs in dallas who I will have to return to for service. She was patience, kind, attentive, informative, and handled my lashes with care and love. I walked away feeling like a successful Chick-fil-A as visit, just excellent by the experience alone. I was super nervous to get my lashes done again after having bad experiences at a couple of places around town including long mi lashes. My aunt and my best friend both told me to try amazing lashes, so I booked an appointment. I came in was greeted by a very friendly blonde lady with gorgeous lashes Yvette was her name I believe. She explained the process very well and screened me for covid, and even thanked me for my service as I am a first responder. My technicians name I believe was Stephanie and although we had some trouble figuring out exactly what I wanted, the end result was perfection. Plus I’m a Squirmer, it’s hard for me to sit still and she was so polite she never even mentioned it lol! Overall great experience, I enrolled in the members package so I’ll be back! Even Got compliments in the chick fil a drive through not 2 mins later!

I work 6 days a week and two overnight shifts and I decided at the last minute to get my lashes done. I called this location and the receptionist was very pleasant and asked the technician if they were available. They informed me they had an appointment in the next 20 minutes. I accepted and under estimated the time it took to make it from West Houston to Spring. They were very patient and understanding when I called and asked if I should reschedule. When I arrived they were pleasant, informative , and walked me to the bathroom to wash my lashes. The technician was super gentle, friendly, and professional. He asked what I wanted and he nailed it! The manager was also very friendly. Customer service is important to me and this location has the customer service and the skills to leave you satisfied with your lashes and the service you received!
