Ki is my stylist and she always does such a fantastic job on my lashes! I was due for refills on Wednesday this week as it would have been exactly 2 weeks since my last appointment, but my schedule has been tight and my lashes are still looking good! Everyone working at AL Klein is awesome! Olivia is usually there when I go in or call for an appointment and she is always very friendly and efficient! I got my refills on Tuesday by my stylist, Ki, who always does the most excellent and amazing job of making my lashes beautiful! Even though Ki agreed that they still looked great after exactly 2 weeks, I had no availability this week other than Tuesday. I’ve already posted so many great reviews of AL Klein location that I’m afraid I’ll just be repeating my previous posts! My stylist Ki is the best ever! I go today for my refills because it’s been exactly 2 weeks since I went before. My lashes STILL look the same as they did when I walked out of the salon 2 weeks ago! That’s how great Ki is! I got my lash refills yesterday by my FAVORITE Stylist, Ki! I asked her to do a little something more dramatic but not TOO DRAMATIC, and asked her to use her best judgement for me. She’s been my stylist for long enough to trust her to know what looks best for me. Ki really outdid herself and used her special talent to give me the most perfect lashes ever! Ki is so amazingly talented and her personality matches mine so I always look forward to our sessions! We have fun while she works her magic each and every time! Not only that, all the ladies at the front desk are super friendly and efficient in every way! Whether it’s over the phone or in person, the front desk ladies go the extra mile 100% of the time! Olivia is who I booked the appointment thru this time, and she deserves an A+ in customer service! In fact, all the front desk staff get an A+ from me every single time! Once again, I received top-notch service on Monday at ALS Klein! My stylist, Ki, applied my refills with her gentle touch and high degree of professionalism and she made my lashes look beautiful again! Ki is absolutely the best stylist I’ve ever had and I’ve had several, at this studio and years ago in Katy. Ki makes it fun because of her sparkling personality! We chat and laugh the entire time! Also, all the front desk gals there are super sweet, helpful and amazing at their jobs! Olivia, Emily and Jacklyn always smile when I come in and treat me like royalty! Everyone there is great, which is why I will never leave this studio!

Chloe was extremely patient and understanding with me. It has been years since I received single lashes due to my eyes are super sensitive to bright lights. I can't keep my eyes closed too long I get dizzy. I was hyperventilating at first but I was able to calm down thru my breathing. She was kind and asked if I needed any breaks. Today, my lash tech - Anna, handled my lash service with so much care. She applied the previously decided measurements, took her time with refilling my lashes, and provided me exceptional customer service with taking care of my lashes after our session to maximize lash retention. I greatly appreciate the Amazing Lash Klein location. Oh how I wish I could move back to houston simply to get this level of service, because it just never happens at the Dallas (McKinney Ave) location, that I have been going to now for at least 6 months since it is closest to me. I highly recommend this location for all things lash services. They are exceptional! Also, the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I could not have asked for more today. My stylist was informative, nice, professional, and I swear it was the most comfortable session. I couldn’t even feel the application she was so gentle. I have been going to the Amazing Lash Studio in Dallas, Texas off McKinney Ave. and the service has repeatedly been so horrible, I feel terrible being honest in a review so I refrain. I originally became a member due to a device I received at this Klein location in February 2020, although I live in dallas. I knew they had a chain and wanted to continue services. I have gone back to the dallas location many times and only ONE person - Destiny Pham, has been able to recreate the phenomenal work I received at this location. After visiting the dallas location twice last week and being unsatisfied with the service/end product, with an impending graduation I needed to look great foe, I settled for spending an additional $60 mini fill with Kianna at this Klein location. & y’all... There are no words. My lashes came out phenomenal. Exactly as I was wanting them. She even went over and beyond to ensure she took more detailed notes in the system for those techs in dallas who I will have to return to for service. She was patience, kind, attentive, informative, and handled my lashes with care and love. I walked away feeling like a successful Chick-fil-A as visit, just excellent by the experience alone. I felt appreciated as though my money mattered here and as though what i was requesting was completely feasible. She was phenomenal. I would highly recommend! Cannot speak to all techs, cause they may not deliver this quality. However, she was phenomenal. I’d double the stars in favor of her service or it was possible.

I was super nervous to get my lashes done again after having bad experiences at a couple of places around town including long mi lashes. My aunt and my best friend both told me to try amazing lashes, so I booked an appointment. I came in was greeted by a very friendly blonde lady with gorgeous lashes Yvette was her name I believe. She explained the process very well and screened me for covid, and even thanked me for my service as I am a first responder. My technicians name I believe was Stephanie and although we had some trouble figuring out exactly what I wanted, the end result was perfection. Plus I’m a Squirmer, it’s hard for me to sit still and she was so polite she never even mentioned it lol! Overall great experience, I enrolled in the members package so I’ll be back! Even Got compliments in the chick fil a drive through not 2 mins later!

Never disappointed! I use to live in the Spring/ Houston area and move to Georgetown/ Austin area and I drive to this location every two to three weeks to see my stylist at this location. I work 6 days a week and two overnight shifts and I decided at the last minute to get my lashes done. I called this location and the receptionist was very pleasant and asked the technician if they were available. They informed me they had an appointment in the next 20 minutes. I accepted and under estimated the time it took to make it from West Houston to Spring. They were very patient and understanding when I called and asked if I should reschedule. When I arrived they were pleasant, informative , and walked me to the bathroom to wash my lashes. The technician was super gentle, friendly, and professional. He asked what I wanted and he nailed it! The manager was also very friendly. Customer service is important to me and this location has the customer service and the skills to leave you satisfied with your lashes and the service you received! This one appointment set the precedent of my day! Thank you! I will return!

I have tried 4 techs in Austin and I have not been satisfied with any of them over there. Anyway, I will drive the 3 hours to see my tech at the Klein location. Unfortunately, today I had to have my lashes removed. I’ve been having issues with itching and burning for a few days. I put my account on hold for a couple of months, and I’m planning to try to wear the lashes again. I really enjoy wearing them. I would like to compliment your receptionist, Melinda. She was so sweet and very helpful to me, both on the phone and in person. She is very knowledgeable about your procedures and your products.
