I'm not confrontational and just thanked the staff and left. This is not at all what I wanted, but I also didn't tell the staff that it was wrong. Shantal was slow but seemed to have done a decent job, Thorough. Upon closer inspection, There were a lot of very outgrown extensions that she left (they were so outgrown I had to snip them down) I noticed when laying that she didn't really remove much and I know I had a bunch of outgrown. I also had some volume extensions very close to the lashline. I haven't had volume in many weeks and I saw the outgrown volume, choosing to leave them for my stylist to remove and apply a new extension. meaning she snipped it off and reglued it. I didn't ask for that. I asked for classic singles. The extensions are also pretty much on the lashline which is agitating. so close as to be pretty much on the lid. I can feel it when I blink. They look ok from a couple feet away so I didn't complain. Not super happy though.

I have been a member for over 1.5 years. Teresa takes GREaT care of me! She’s always punctual and she gives a personal touch every time. I wouldn’t dare switch up on her. However I have been having issues with the booking system. I’ve called and called and talked to the manager several times. No resolution. Every time I book I have to call when they’re open which means i miss the appointment dates and times. It’s awfully inconvenient and annoying.

I love getting my eyelashes done at Amazing Lash Studio!! I especially like the Pearland Parkway location because 1) it is very close to where I live and 2) they always do an amazing job! They always give me EXACTLY what I want! The only tough part is how expensive it is. I do wish they wouldn't charge SO much, otherwise I’d get my lashes done more often. But obviously lashes are expensive, so I can’t complain too much! Overall great lash studio!!!

My sylist Jasmine was awesome. She knew that my lashes were in bad shape and instead of refilling on top of somebody's bad job she decided to be blunt and tell me I needed a new set. I told her that my eyes had been bothering me with this set and she advised me as to why and took my lashes off with no charge. I have been debating about getting lashes for about three years but I only wanted something classy and not look like I had tarantulas on my eyes. I asked everyone whose lashes I saw and really liked them. They almost always said that they had them done at Amazing Lash Studio. Some said the Baybrook location and some said Pearland Parkway. I live closer to Pearland so after seeking out reviews on technicians, it was hands down Emma. I realized it must be true because she is booked up so fast. The girl that did my lashes today, was rude to Me form the start asking me to lay down without a pillow for my legs and a Blanket. A coworker went in search for these items. I told her how a wanted my lashes and she replied that I would have to pay more, the glue fumes went into my left eye like never before, ever and the burning was severe, so, she had me hold the fan over my left eye for 90% of the time that she was working on my lashes..her answers to my questions were kind of hostile, but, when I complained to her about my left eye burning a lot, she apologized. I told her that this never happened to me before. She finished my lashes pretty quickly. I still tipped her. Very uncomfortable visit I ever had..

My last two visits have left me disappointed. I usually see Joli (sp?) who had to take medical leave and was left to see someone else. This other person has left my lashes looking sparse. The first time she said I didn’t have enough lashes and let it go, but after yesterday I clearly see that there are some she missed. I don’t feel like I’m getting what I pay for with her. Joli always left my lashes rich and full. I’ve been coming here for about a year and hadn’t had problems until now. I’ve been waiting for a manager to call me since 9am. It’s midafternoon now.

The ladies at the lash studio could not have been nicer and informative. The technician that applied my lashes was equally wonderful. Unfortunately with in hours of getting my lashes done ( which were beautiful) I developed an extremely allergic reaction. I tried everything to help but it just kept getting worse until my eyes were swollen shut. I called the store on Sunday to explain my situation. They had me come in for a removal. The technician was amazing and super gentle with my irritated eyes. So although I had a wonderful experience both at the beginning and the return visit, I am unable to wear lashes which makes me sad because they were really cute. Again, the ladies were wonderful and the store was just beautiful.

This was not my first time having lashes but my first time having them done by an Amazing Lash Studio as well as this location. I appreciated the front desk staff for assisting me with getting a last minute appointment and to my surprise with a Master (wasn’t sure what that meant at the time). My appointment did not go as I had hoped but it appeared that it could have been due to a language barrier, not sure! There was no guidance provided on selecting a style, no conversation, no smile, and no information provided about how to care for my lashes. I did however like the work provided. The young lady at the front desk made up for all of this by explaining a few things. I was appreciative of her help. I don’t plan on allowing this particular experience to skew my view on this location and will be returning!
