Soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me and provided me with lash form cleanser, q-tip and offered a wipe to wash out my lashes. And my lash tech Theresa was very professional. Giving several options and suggestions that would go best with my features. She took off my prior lashes with no discomfort and was gentle with me. I loved to have been able to open my eyes without my eyes burning. I asked the receptionist several questions in which she was very knowledgeable and comforting. Love my lashes!

Shantal was slow but seemed to have done a decent job, Thorough. Upon closer inspection, There were a lot of very outgrown extensions that she left (they were so outgrown I had to snip them down) I noticed when laying that she didn't really remove much and I know I had a bunch of outgrown. I also had some volume extensions very close to the lashline. I haven't had volume in many weeks and I saw the outgrown volume, choosing to leave them for my stylist to remove and apply a new extension. meaning she snipped it off and reglued it. I didn't ask for that. I asked for classic singles. The extensions are also pretty much on the lashline which is agitating. so close as to be pretty much on the lid. I can feel it when I blink. They look ok from a couple feet away so I didn't complain. Not super happy though.

However I have been having issues with the booking system. I’ve called and called and talked to the manager several times. No resolution. They always give me EXACTLY what I want! The only tough part is how expensive it is. I do wish they wouldn't charge SO much, otherwise I’d get my lashes done more often. Just moving to TX from VA I have had trouble finding a lash studio. I read tons of reviews and decided on Amazing Lash Studio. Sara was awesome as I wanted to come out my comfort zone and try something more glamorous. I highly recommend this location and love the membership deal as my lashes tend to fall out more during the spring time.

I was very happy the first time I got my lashes done because I felt like I didn’t have any fullness and they didn’t stay on long at all even with the special soap and brush. Teresa did mine and they look great. They have a lot of fullness but don’t look clumpy. I hope they stay on for a few weeks but they look fantastic! I definitely recommend her!! ?

I got my lashes done last week and they started falling off a few days after, that’s never happened before because the last time they lasted a whole month. I went again today for a touch up in hopes of getting them fixed and they look the same. I’m getting charged for a hybrid look and I’m basically getting classics and no volume. This is the first time I’ve ever had to complain but I’m having the worst time with these lashes.

Not happy with how the reservations are handle, if you are late 10 minutes they cancel your appointment, but they can be late 10 minutes or more and you have to wait. Weekends is the most needed tones for por please that work, and is nearly impossible to get in... love my lashes but the set up is awful cancel my membership.

I have been debating about getting lashes for about three years but I only wanted something classy and not look like I had tarantulas on my eyes. I asked everyone whose lashes I saw and really liked them. They almost always said that they had them done at Amazing Lash Studio. Some said the Baybrook location and some said Pearland Parkway. I live closer to Pearland so after seeking out reviews on technicians, it was hands down Emma. I realized it must be true because she is booked up so fast. I am happy to say that I finally got my lashes done by Emma and I will be making this a routine. I LOVE THEM!!!! And the receptionist was awesome.

Been going here for a long time. They always do great job. Just wish they would guit changing their glue. Last 3 times I refilled my lashes they didn't last half the length of time they unusually. I tell the stylist but she has no control over it. I still love my lashes though.

I was a newbie to eye lash extensions and was always scared to have it done but a friend of mine needed a model for one of the students so I decided to give it a try!! And OMG I was so in love with them! They lasted over a month and when it was time for a refill I scheduled with Dao (hope in spelled it right) and let me tell you!! She was AMAZING! I actually have another appointment next week and we are to do the 3D lashes this time!! They really do go above and beyond for their clients!

This is the first time I’ve been not pleased with my lashes. I wanted them to be fuller and a bit dramatic like how they were one time a couple months ago and I wasn’t very happy. my lashes looked the same way. I didn’t tell a difference from when I had them done before and the reason I was super upset was because prom is tomorrow so I definitely wasn’t happy.
